1 Platform Purpose

NewLife is a job search and recruitment platform that connects job seekers (Candidates) and Employers / HR professionals. We do not guarantee employment or the outcome of any application made through the platform.

2 User Responsibilities

Candidates agree to:

• Provide accurate profile and resume information
• Apply only to relevant job postings
• Not submit false or misleading details

HR / Employers agree to:

• Post genuine job vacancies only
• Use candidate information responsibly and only for recruitment purposes
• Not misuse or sell candidate data
• Follow fair and lawful hiring practices

3 Job Applications

• Applying for a job does not guarantee selection
• Final hiring decisions are made by the HR / employer
• Acceptance or rejection is at the employer's sole discretion

4 Content & Conduct

Users must not:

• Post fake job listings
• Upload false or fabricated resumes
• Harass or discriminate against other users
• Use abusive, threatening or illegal content

We reserve the right to remove any content that violates these conditions and to suspend accounts without prior notice.

5 Account Suspension & Termination

We may suspend or terminate accounts if:

• False or misleading information is detected
• These Terms are violated
• Illegal activity is reported or suspected

6 Language Support

The app supports Tamil and English. In case of any interpretation differences between the two language versions, the English version prevails.

7 Limitation of Liability

We are not responsible for:

• Job offer outcomes or hiring decisions made by employers
• Resume misuse that occurs outside our platform
• Data loss due to technical issues beyond our control
• Any losses arising from reliance on job listings posted by third parties

8 Third-Party Services

We may use third-party services for notifications, analytics and hosting. We are not responsible for failures or disruptions caused by these third-party service providers.

9 Changes to These Terms

These Terms may be updated at any time. Continued use of the app after changes are published means you accept the updated Terms. We recommend reviewing this page periodically.
